• Mutual funds and publicly traded securities – Stock and mutual fund transfers must arrive in NCF’s brokerage account.
   
• Paper certificates – Certificate, stock power, and certificate release requests should be postmarked.
   
• Wire transfers and transfers to separately invested accounts – All transfers must be completed. (Note: NCF's last business day of the year is Dec. 30th. Please check with your financial institution for wire or electronic transfer deadlines.) 

• E-checks and credit card gifts – Gifts must be completed before midnight in the time zone where the contribution is made.
   
• Checks – All checks should be postmarked and mailed.
